Anyone who wishes to book an entire aircraft (or its capacity) for a specific route or range of routes: companies, tour operators, travel agencies, sports clubs, institutions and private individuals alike. On a charter flight, the contracting party is the charterer; the details are set out in the charter agreement concluded between the parties.

Our Embraer 120 ER aircraft have 30 passenger seats in a single-class layout, with an on-board toilet and galley. The cabin layout is shown on the Our fleet page.

The earlier, the more likely it is that we can provide an available aircraft and crew for the requested date. It is worth contacting us even at short notice: our team will check availability. To request a quote, the departure and destination airports, the date and the number of passengers are sufficient.

The content and price of each quote are always put together individually, based on the route, the date and the customer’s requirements, and the terms are set out in the charter agreement. Clause 2.3 (Fares) of the General Conditions of Carriage does not apply to charter transport.

Powered by Pratt & Whitney turboprop engines, our Embraer 120 ER aircraft can also use smaller regional airports. The suitability of a specific destination (runway length, opening hours, ground handling) is always checked individually.

As a general rule, under our General Conditions of Carriage, each passenger may take on board one piece of hand baggage weighing up to 8 kg and not exceeding 55 × 20 × 40 cm (the size includes wheels, handles and outer pockets). The free allowance for registered baggage is 11 kg in domestic traffic, 13 kg within the European Union and 15 kg in international traffic; a single piece of registered baggage may not exceed 30 kg. On charter flights, the baggage allowance may be set differently in the charter agreement.

The overhead compartment doors measure 70 × 37 × 18 cm (8 compartments on board), and the under-seat space is 30 × 45 × 25 cm. The rear baggage compartment is available for larger items.

Under the General Conditions of Carriage, passengers must hold a boarding card (and, with registered baggage, a baggage tag) no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and must be present at the boarding gate no later than 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. For charter flights, the reporting time is agreed with the customer in advance.

Yes. We do not carry infants younger than 4 weeks; infants aged between 4 weeks and 24 months may travel only when accompanied by a parent or guardian, with a maximum of one infant per accompanying adult, seated on the adult’s lap. Infants have a free baggage allowance of 10 kg and may not be seated in emergency exit rows. The details are set out in Clause 2.5.2 of the General Conditions of Carriage.

Yes. The rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility are protected by Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006, under which assistance is provided free of charge. Please let us know your needs when booking so that we can arrange assistance at the airport and on board. More information: Air passenger rights.

Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance: the lessor provides these four elements under its own Air Operator Certificate, while the lessee provides the commercial side (route, sales, fuel, airport charges). We explain it in more detail in our blog.

The duration and terms of the cooperation are always agreed individually. To prepare a quote, it is helpful to provide the length of the period, the base airport and the planned monthly flight hours.

The scope of our Part-145 approval (HU.145.0021) is set out in the approval schedule issued by the authority: class A1 (aeroplanes above 5700 kg – Embraer EMB-120), and ratings C5 (electrical power and lights) and C14 (landing gear). Please send maintenance enquiries to our Maintenance Manager; we assess each request individually within the scope of the approval.
